A MUSIcal in 48 hours…we are back!!!

FRIDAY 22rd AUGUST - SUNDAY 24TH AUGUST 2024

Following the success of our first years 48 hour musical (Bad Girls the Musical) and last years (A Chorus Line) we are doing it again! (we must be mad…)

Anyone who wants to take part, whether that be on stage, off stage, in wardrobe, set, props, technical or even catering - arrives at Vision Arts for 6pm on Friday evening where the show will be announced! Until that point only four people will know what the show is - Director, Musical Director, Choreographer and Production Manager!

At 6.15pm, following the announcement, auditions will commence to find our principal cast and then rehearsals will begin to prepare the performance for 7.30pm on Sunday night. Not just that, but the set team will be off to assemble the set, the costume team will be measuring and sewing, the props team will start making calls and finding props - and the catering team will be making sure the tea and coffee is flowing…

You’ll be rehearsing through the night, grabbing a snooze when you can, living on the adrenaline of knowing the clock is ticking!
